Role Objective

This role focuses on developing and ensuring the execution of manufacturing operations specific to assigned projects, adhering strictly to industry and company standards, execution strategies, and installation procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and comprehend customer and industrial specifications.
• Offer expert technical guidance to design engineering teams during design evaluations.
• Act as a Quality Subject Matter Expert advising on quality-related matters.
• Engage in technical discussions and share lessons learned within the department.
• Demonstrate commitment to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) by participating in related initiatives.
• Manage the process flow of machining documentation and ensure proper release of machining instructions for projects.
• Maintain current and develop new machining procedures and work instructions (LWI) for novel processes.
• Ensure Design for Excellence (DFX) principles are applied.
• Participate in audits to verify compliance with codes and specifications.
• Support tender processes and provide inputs for product engineering quotations.
• Guarantee prompt and accurate release of production and manufacturing documentation packages.
• Take part in regular meetings such as the Notification Review Board (NRB) and Obeya.

Candidate Profile

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering is required.

Experience: No prior work experience is necessary.
