Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate partners and recruiters.
• Support campus hiring, internship sourcing, and placement outreach.
• Handle the full coordination of recruitment drives from planning to execution.
• Plan and run initiatives that improve student employability and career preparedness.
• Work closely with academic teams to improve placement outcomes for students.

Requirements

• A master's degree is required, with MBA or PGDM being the preferred qualification.
• Relevant experience of 2 to 8 years is needed in Training & Placement, campus hiring, corporate relations, HR recruitment, or business development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
• Strong stakeholder handling and relationship management skills are expected.
