Responsibilities

• Conduct cleaning duties in entryways, hallways, elevators, and communal areas to uphold cleanliness and safety.
• Sanitize and clean restrooms, including sinks, floors, and toilets, while restocking lavatory supplies as needed.
• Manage waste removal and empty trash bins.
• Handle cleaning chemicals responsibly by following safety instructions.
• Notify supervisors about equipment issues or the need for cleaning supplies.
• Adhere to infection prevention protocols and proper hand hygiene to maintain sanitary conditions.
• Consistently meet customer service and cleaning quality expectations.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Preferred possession of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in janitorial or custodial roles within commercial environments is advantageous.
• Ability to understand and follow both oral and written instructions.
• Commitment to performing repetitive tasks reliably.
• Capability to complete duties independently following training.
• Dependability regarding punctuality and attendance for scheduled shifts.
• Physical capability to stand and walk for 6-8 hours continuously.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working around food and cleaning agents.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination requirements as mandated by relevant authorities or clients.
