Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Odoo Implementer to join our team at Canal Regional Company in the Riyadh Region. This role involves implementing, configuring, and supporting the Odoo ERP system across multiple departments to streamline business operations and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business workflows and requirements to develop effective Odoo solutions.
• Customize and configure various Odoo modules including Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and CRM.
• Handle system installation, setup, and deployment processes.
• Perform data migration from existing legacy systems into Odoo.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure optimal system integration and performance.
• Provide comprehensive training and support to system users.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, delivering prompt resolutions or temporary workarounds.
• Collaborate closely with developers for advanced system customizations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Demonstrable experience as an Odoo Implementer or Functional Consultant.
• In-depth knowledge of Odoo modules and system architecture.
• Experience analyzing business processes and ERP system deployments.
• Basic proficiency in Python and XML.
• Strong communication and project management capabilities.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is beneficial.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Odoo implementation is advantageous.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Linux environments, and API integrations is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within teams.
