Position Overview

City of Moreton Bay is seeking a Multimedia Producer to join their Internal Communications team in a permanent, full-time capacity based in Strathpine, Greater Brisbane. This role offers a hybrid work setup with flexibility including some work-from-home days, structured as a nine-day (72.5 hour) fortnight.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the creation and production of video and multimedia content that supports internal messaging from the CEO, executive leadership, and organisational campaigns.
Collaborate with various departments throughout the organisation to conceptualise and develop multimedia projects that effectively promote programs and initiatives.
Oversee and maintain technical audiovisual equipment, such as cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio devices.

Qualifications and Experience

Proven proficiency in video and multimedia production including filming, editing, and storytelling from initial concepts to polished final products.
Ability to craft clear, engaging, and accessible content, with strong skills in scripting and simplifying complex information into compelling narratives.
Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Suite tools including InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro, paired with solid project and organisational management capabilities to juggle multiple deadlines.
