Role Overview

Compensation & Work Schedule
- On-target earnings can reach up to £43,000 annually.
- Base salary up to £37,000 per year.
- An uncapped monthly bonus plan with typical extra annual earnings of £6,000.
- Work five days a week without Sunday shifts.

Key Qualifications and Skills
- Possess a valid MOT Testing Licence (if this is not held, other roles for mechanics and technicians are available).
- Hold a full driving licence with no more than 9 penalty points.
- A team-orientated individual willing to support workshop tasks including light vehicle maintenance when not conducting MOT tests.
