Role Overview

The position entails proficient handling of iPhone and Android mobile device repairs with a focus on delivering fast, dependable, and professional service. The technician will perform detailed repairs including chip-level motherboard fixes, display and battery replacements, back glass swaps, as well as troubleshooting and resolving charging and network-related problems. Quality assurance is paramount, with devices thoroughly tested before return to customers, backed by a six-month service warranty.

Key Duties

• Conduct expert repairs on both iPhone and Android smartphones.
• Perform detailed chip-level motherboard repairs ensuring device functionality.
• Replace damaged displays and batteries efficiently.
• Handle back glass replacements with precision.
• Repair Face ID mechanisms and smartphone camera modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve charging and network connectivity issues.
• Ensure all devices undergo quality checks prior to delivery.
• Provide a service warranty lasting six months to guarantee repair quality.

Compensation

The monthly remuneration for this position ranges between INR 25,000 and 70,000.
