Role overview
AM2PM Group is hiring a Mobile Client Manager to help deliver temporary workforce solutions across a national client account in the UK. Unlike a fixed-site client manager position, this role moves across several client locations and supports established site teams wherever extra cover or additional capacity is needed.
The role involves spending time at busier sites, stepping in during peak demand, covering absence, and helping keep service levels steady and dependable across the account. Regular travel is a core part of the job.
Location and working arrangement
This position is based across UK client sites with frequent travel. A home base in Leicestershire, Warwickshire, or Northamptonshire is preferred because of access to key client locations and the wider network.
Pay and package
Base salary is up to £35,000 per year. The package also includes a £4,800 annual car allowance with access to the company EV scheme, plus a bonus of up to 10% of salary. Total on-target earnings can reach up to £43,300.
Key duties
- Work alongside client managers and client contacts across multiple sites in the UK
- Provide practical support during busy periods, pressure points, holidays and sickness cover
- Help manage daily workforce activity such as attendance, shift starts and worker allocation
- Support delivery of agreed headcount levels and shift coverage requirements
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with supervisors, site leaders and workers
- Spot, resolve and escalate issues linked to service, compliance or labour supply
- Support worker engagement, inductions, check-ins and retention initiatives
- Partner with recruitment and delivery teams to keep the candidate and worker pipeline strong
- Assist with timesheets, worker records, onboarding processes and compliance checks
- Share successful practices between sites to improve consistency and service performance
Candidate profile
The client is seeking someone with background in industrial, logistics, manufacturing, or other high-volume recruitment environments, ideally with experience managing workforce delivery on site. The right person will be organised, practical, and comfortable operating in fast-paced settings.
Applicants should be ready to travel regularly, build rapport quickly, and support multiple sites while respecting local ownership at each location.
Working style
This position is best suited to someone who enjoys variety, can handle changing priorities, and is confident dealing with clients, workers, and internal teams. Flexibility around travel, working hours, and shift patterns is important.
Who this role suits
- People who like working across different locations rather than one fixed site
- Professionals who understand high-volume workforce operations
- Individuals who can solve problems quickly and professionally
- Candidates who are comfortable engaging with clients, workers, and internal colleagues
- Those who can adapt to travel and changing shift requirements
- People interested in supporting a national client account in a key operational role
Additional notes
Regular travel, a flexible approach, and a hands-on attitude are essential for success in this position.
