Mid-level UX/UI Designer

About the Role

Digidop is expanding and seeking a mid-level UX/UI Designer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join their team remotely on a permanent contract starting immediately. This position involves creating premium digital experiences, rapid prototyping, and leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance design workflows.

Daily Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality web experiences tailored to ambitious brand projects, managing client engagements from research and architecture to wireframes, comprehensive design systems, and polished high-fidelity mockups.
• Utilize AI tools within daily workflows to accelerate creative exploration, support faster iteration cycles, and improve production efficiency, while demonstrating expert proficiency in Figma and knowing when to utilize external tools.
• Collaborate closely with developers by designing interfaces structured as components with an understanding of web constraints and production considerations, ensuring scalable and faithful implementation especially within Webflow environments.
• Participate actively in the internal research and development efforts around emerging design tools, agentic workflows, design systems, and AI-driven production techniques, contributing to the continuous evolution of Digidop’s design practices.

Candidate Profile

• Between 3 and 5 years of digital agency or studio experience.
• A robust portfolio demonstrating capability to successfully manage and deliver complex projects independently.
• Advanced skills in Figma including auto-layouts, components, variants, variables, and comprehensive design systems.
• Consistent application of AI in design tasks, familiar with tools like Claude, Cursor, Lovable, Midjourney, or similar.
• Strong editorial judgment along with refined UI and typographic skills.
• Thorough understanding of web technologies and responsiveness constraints.
• Proficient in professional English communication.
• Highly creative and eager to explore new design tools and methodologies.
