Merchandising Execution Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Implement in-store merchandising assignments including planogram compliance, signage upkeep, overhead organization, and display assembly to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure merchandise is accurately displayed according to approved layouts and strategies to boost sales and optimize stock turnover.
• Work collaboratively with store teams under supervision to deliver merchandising services across multiple departments.
• Follow directions carefully to maintain price accuracy through label updates and removals of incorrect or damaged tags.
• Build and maintain displays and fixtures using basic tools, and manage display materials including ordering and installation.
• Maintain neat, clean aisles and contribute to safe, accessible shopping environments.
• Access and interpret store system reports to take actionable merchandising steps.
• Support markdowns of damaged or unsellable products in coordination with store leadership.
• Assist customers with product knowledge and locating inventory as needed.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned, including damage inspections and completing required training.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

• Early morning flexible schedules.
• Warehouse setting often noisy and dusty, with temperature variations due to open doors.
• Physical demands include bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving stock items.

Additional Information

• Reports to Merchandising Execution Supervisor.
• No travel required for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
