Merchandiser

Role Overview

This position involves ensuring the consistent availability and optimal presentation of products within assigned retail outlets. The Merchandiser is responsible for stock management, shelf organization, promotional executions, and fostering customer relationships to support sales growth.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain product availability through timely stock replenishment and proper first-in-first-out (FIFO) stock rotation.
• Ensure shelves, displays, refrigerators, pricing, and point of sale materials meet company quality and visual standards.
• Enhance product visibility and increase shelf share at designated locations.
• Implement merchandising and promotional activities as per route assignments.
• Support expansion of sales by delivering excellent in-store execution and comprehensive outlet coverage.
• Track inventory levels to avoid stock shortages and product expiration.
• Keep detailed records of routes and report on market insights and observations.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and consistently provide superior service.
• Collaborate with supervisors to guarantee effective market execution.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: High School Certificate, with Diploma preferred.
• Previous experience of 1 to 2 years in the beverage, FMCG, or similar sector.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
• Excellent customer service aptitude, communication capabilities, and analytical thinking.
• Physical ability to carry weights between 10 to 15 kilograms and work in field settings.
