About Swimply
Swimply operates as an online marketplace enabling homeowners to share their unique space experiences with local communities. Initially focusing on swimming pools, generating over $50 million in revenue in four years, Swimply is expanding into a broader category of local experiences, akin to Airbnb but for hourly rentals of pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and homes.
Role Overview
The Marketing Operations Manager will orchestrate campaigns that embed Swimply into cultural awareness. This role requires management of influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and event activations with an emphasis on operational excellence and growth orientation. It involves both strategic planning and hands-on implementation, including creating scalable processes and reporting systems for marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, negotiate, onboard, and oversee influencer relationships across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging media
- Manage co-marketing campaigns with lifestyle, consumer packaged goods (CPG), and recreational brands, ensuring smooth logistics, timing, and deliverable completion
- Coordinate all aspects of Swimply events such as pool parties, pickleball tournaments, and local activations, including budgeting, vendor management, and post-event analysis
- Develop standard operating procedures, workflows, and analytics dashboards to standardize and scale marketing campaigns involving influencers, partnerships, and events
- Monitor campaign performance through key performance indicators and adjust strategies to maximize return on investment
- Collaborate internally with operations, product, and design teams to align marketing initiatives with user acquisition and retention targets
Required Qualifications
- Between four to six years or more of experience in marketing operations, brand partnerships, or managing campaigns within consumer-oriented businesses
- Demonstrated success in managing influencer programs, brand activations, or sizeable events
- Exceptional organizational skills with experience managing budgets, contracts, and vendor engagements
- Comfortable with data analytics and reporting mechanisms to drive decision-making
- Strong project management capability with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-velocity setting
- Preferred: experience working in two-sided marketplaces or community-focused platforms
Benefits and Perks
- Attractive compensation including cash and equity components
- Comprehensive healthcare offerings covering medical, dental, and vision plans; unlimited paid time off
- Remote-first employment culture across the U.S. and Canada
- Enjoy leisure activities including ample pool and pickleball opportunities
- Chance to collaborate closely with the founder in a rapidly expanding marketplace impacting over two million annual guests
