About the Role

Kinetic Business Solutions is collaborating with a prominent pharmaceutical company seeking a Market Access Manager to be stationed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is critical for driving and optimizing market access strategies within the pharmaceutical sector, particularly focusing on anti-infectives and antibiotics.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and executing strategies to secure and enhance market access.
• Engaging with key stakeholders and centers to identify and understand market access needs, including mapping relevant stakeholders and opinion leaders.
• Facilitating patient access programs and establishing strategic collaborations with healthcare entities.
• Exploring opportunities for partnerships with local health authorities and initiating relevant market access projects.
• Providing health economics and value-based training to field support teams and effectively conveying the importance of market access through presentations.
• Aligning pricing strategies with local team objectives.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or a closely related discipline.
• At least 3 to 5 years of industry experience within the pharmaceutical field, including a minimum of 2 years specifically in market access roles.
• Demonstrated experience managing products in the anti-infectives/antibiotics domain.
• Comprehensive understanding of regulatory policies and pricing frameworks across the GCC region.
• Established strong professional networks within market access and relevant customer bases in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Availability for in-person interviews at the specified Dubai location.
