Role Overview

We are expanding our Sunshine Coast team and seeking full-time Manufacturing Operatives. These positions work on rotating morning and afternoon shifts, supporting efficient production operations.

Key Responsibilities

Adhere strictly to safety management procedures to prevent accidents and encourage continuous improvement
Comply with HACCP and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards
Operate high-volume food manufacturing, processing, and packaging machinery
Conduct quality control checks, inspections, and audits using digital platforms
Carry out operational tasks at the production line level
Work collaboratively in a diverse, cross-functional team environment
Engage in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives to promote operational excellence

Candidate Profile

Ability to work rotating shifts (morning and afternoon)
Flexible to operate across multiple production areas
Prior experience in manufacturing or production environments
Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge of production processes, quality assurance, and safety protocols
Capable of analyzing data, recognizing trends, and assisting with problem-solving
Good organizational and effective communication abilities
Experience with TPM systems is advantageous
Capability to support root cause analysis activities
