Role Overview
WealthBridge Financial Group is inviting an experienced financial advisor to step into the role of Managing Director. This strategic leadership position is perfect for a professional who has successfully developed their own client base and is eager to expand their influence by leading and mentoring other financial advisors. You will balance continuing your personal advisory work with building and guiding a high-performing team prepared to elevate their practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and lead a team of seasoned financial advisors aiming to advance their business.
- Recruit skilled advisors and provide mentorship to enhance team performance and culture.
- Continue managing your existing client relationships effectively.
- Drive the firm's future growth through strategic leadership and development.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of three years’ proven experience in financial services with an expanding personal practice.
- Possession of an active Life and Health Insurance License is mandatory.
- FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses are highly desirable; the firm offers sponsorship and training if these are not currently held.
- Strong track record of client development, strategic planning, and relationship management.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a passion for mentoring and fostering high-performing teams.
- A business-oriented perspective coupled with a vision for long-term growth.
- Authorization to work legally in the United States is required.
