This position is a one-year temporary contract designed to provide additional capacity for programme operations, reporting, and implementation support during a period of elevated service delivery demands and ongoing improvements.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate the management of SkillsFuture Advice workshops and associated initiatives throughout CDC teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams and CDC counterparts to monitor delivery progress, workshop scheduling, attendance, participant conversion, and follow-up tasks.
- Gather and consolidate district-level updates, operational challenges, and risks for review by management.
- Facilitate the rollout of new or refined SFA initiatives such as occupation-specific workshops, focused outreach, and partner-led activities.
- Maintain and update comprehensive programme data including workshop reach, attendance, participant profiles, satisfaction, and conversion metrics.
- Generate regular monthly and quarterly reports for internal management and external stakeholders, including SWDA.
- Analyze operational data to spot trends, identify service gaps, detect areas underperforming, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of relevant data across teams.
- Coordinate with CDC teams, headquarters staff, government agencies, community partners, and training providers to ensure seamless programme delivery.
- Prepare briefing materials, meeting documentation, action follow-ups, and updates for stakeholder interactions.
- Support partner engagement aimed at increasing outreach to target groups such as mid-career professionals, lower-income workers, underserved populations, and community-based groups.
- Assist in the creation and update of SFA workshop content, briefing decks, FAQs, operational guides, and materials used for partner engagement.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to keep all materials relevant, clear, and aligned with programme goals.
- Support preparation of communication materials for internal information sharing, partner briefings, and management reporting.
- Maintain trackers for project workstreams, deliverables, risks, issues, and follow-up activities.
- Contribute to the documentation of standard operating procedures, workflows, and delivery guidelines.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, including streamlining, automation, and enhanced coordination among teams.
- Support headquarters efforts to uphold consistent delivery standards across districts.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a degree or diploma in any discipline; qualifications in business, social sciences, communications, public policy, education, training, or workforce development are advantageous.
- Have 3 to 5 years of practical experience in programme coordination, operations, stakeholder relations, reporting, or supporting public sector projects.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and follow-up skills capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Be comfortable handling data analysis, reports, and dashboards, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication abilities to prepare clear reports, updates, and meeting documentation.
- Capable of working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders spanning headquarters, field teams, and external partners.
- Prior exposure to skills training, workforce development, community outreach, or government-funded programmes is considered a plus.
