Maintenance Technician

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician skilled in mechanical and electrical maintenance to provide support for airport baggage handling systems and passenger boarding bridges.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Diagnose and repair conveyor systems, motors, sensors, and associated components.
• Interpret electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints accurately.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures.
• Ensure continuous and efficient operation of airport baggage handling systems.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance roles.
• Basic ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical technical drawings.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues.
• Experience with both preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Flexible to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, to support a 24/7 operational environment.

Preferred Background

Applicants with experience in airports, airlines, baggage handling systems (BHS), conveyor systems, material handling, industrial automation, manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse automation are highly encouraged to apply.
