Maintenance Team Associate

Position Summary

This role focuses on participating in an organized maintenance cleaning schedule aimed at controlling costs while ensuring a clean, safe environment for both shoppers and employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Stocking 3 Coach and collaborate with team members to carry out a detailed cleaning program.
• Adhere strictly to all Food Safety regulations and cold chain protocols.
• Perform prompt cleaning tasks across all Fresh Departments, including coolers, freezers, and display fixtures.
• Assist in inspecting all maintenance and cleaning tools to confirm they are functioning correctly and ensure availability of necessary supplies.
• Foster a safe work setting by completing mandatory in-store certifications and following all company policies and procedures.
• Conduct floor cleaning using mopping, sweeping, vacuuming methods, and maintain carpets in all non-sales areas as needed.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $16.45.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
