Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning and Generative AI Trainer with over 5 years of professional experience in fields like Machine Learning, Data Science, or AI Engineering. The candidate must possess robust knowledge in classical machine learning techniques and deep learning, coupled with practical expertise in Generative AI technologies and their industry applications. This position entails conducting interactive, practical sessions, mentoring students, crafting a curriculum aligned with industry needs, and preparing learners for successful careers in ML and AI-driven technologies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct live, instructor-led online training covering foundational and advanced Machine Learning and Generative AI topics.
- Facilitate hands-on labs, assignments, capstone projects, and real-world case studies to support project-based learning.
- Guide students in building, training, evaluating, and deploying ML and LLM-based applications.
- Assess student work, including assignments and projects, providing detailed constructive feedback.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or related domains.
- Proficiency in Python programming for ML applications.
- Strong understanding of Statistics and Probability.
- Expertise in supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms.
- Skills in feature engineering and model evaluation methodologies.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Knowledge of Natural Language Processing and fundamentals of computer vision.
- Basics of model deployment including APIs and Docker containerization.
- Practical know-how of Generative AI tools including prompt engineering, large language models, and fine-tuning.
- Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation pipelines and GenAI frameworks such as LangChain.
- Experience with AI platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or equivalents.
- Excellent communication and mentoring capabilities with an aptitude for simplifying complex technical subjects.
Preferred Credentials
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related quantitative disciplines.
- Previous experience as a corporate trainer, mentor, or instructor is advantageous.
Tools and Technology Stack
- Python libraries including NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn.
- Deep learning frameworks: TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.
- Jupyter Notebook for teaching and demonstrations.
- Hugging Face Transformers and LangChain frameworks.
- Version control tools: Git and GitHub.
- Docker for model packaging and deployment tasks.
- Generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot.
Additional Information
- Position Type: Remote, part-time.
- Training schedule: 2 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
- Bootcamp start date: 27 July 2026.
- Focus region: United States market.
- Selection process includes a required 1-hour technical demonstration session evaluating teaching methods, technical proficiency, and learner engagement.
