Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and enhance the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and logistics functions. This role is pivotal in managing inventory accuracy, coordinating storage and shipment processes, and optimizing warehouse workflows to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage warehouse teams to facilitate receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping operations.
• Supervise and coordinate inbound and outbound transportation activities, ensuring timely processing and delivery.
• Monitor warehouse productivity and maintain accurate inventory records to uphold operational standards.
• Review and optimize operational procedures to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
• Prepare reports and track key performance indicators to analyze warehouse and logistics performance.
• Manage warehouse layout and resource allocation to maximize space and workflow efficiency.
• Oversee stock movement, support inventory audits, and maintain documentation for logistics and warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to maintain consistent and reliable operations.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety regulations, and quality control measures.

Candidate Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of logistics, warehouse management, inventory control, and supply chain processes.
• Experience in supervising warehouse personnel and managing daily logistics activities.
• Familiarity with receiving, picking, packing, shipping, distribution, and stock handling methods.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills with the capacity to motivate staff.
