Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Logistics and Supply Chain Management professionals to join a remote contractor project aimed at enhancing supply chain efficiency and documentation quality. Your expertise will be instrumental in training advanced AI systems by providing precise, real-world logistics information that helps shape machine learning models' reasoning and performance. No prior background in AI is necessary—your proficiency in the logistics domain is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate logistics documents such as packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory records to ensure authenticity, precision, and compliance with industry standards.
• Create and annotate exemplary sample documents to demonstrate best practices in supply chain management.
• Assess existing supply chain workflows and recommend improvements based on practical experience.
• Provide comprehensive feedback on documentation and processes, concentrating on optimizing logistics scenarios.
• Work closely with project teams to clarify requirements and articulate complex logistics concepts in clear English.
• Engage in quality assurance by reviewing and validating the accuracy and relevance of supply chain datasets.
• Assist in developing training content and instructional materials that represent current industry standards and address specific supply chain challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 3 years of practical experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on handling packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers.
• Strong knowledge of global supply chain operations and documentation protocols.
• Exceptional English communication skills with the ability to explain intricate technical information clearly.
• High attention to detail in the review and creation of supply chain documents.
• Proven analytical capabilities for identifying and recommending process optimizations.
• A Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields is advantageous.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment while consistently producing timely, quality outputs.
