About the Role

This position is presented on behalf of IDS MEDICAL SYSTEMS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD., supported by the Singapore Business Federation (SBF) under the JSIT WST initiative. We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Logistics Assistant to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will play an essential role in inventory management and replenishment within healthcare environments, ensuring accurate stock records, facilitating logistical coordination, maintaining thorough documentation, and resolving any inventory discrepancies to promote operational effectiveness and product availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily stock verifications on-site within healthcare locations to guarantee inventory accuracy, proper storage, and prompt replenishment.
• Handle receiving shipments, inventory monitoring, documentation upkeep, and resolving any stock inconsistencies.
• Liaise with warehouses, customers, transport service providers, and end-users to sustain stock availability, efficient delivery, and accurate data management, while appropriately managing damaged, expired, or defective products.

Minimum Requirements

• Secondary education completed equivalent to ‘O’ and ‘N’ Levels.
• Experience or knowledge in warehousing or supply chain management is beneficial.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.
• Physically fit and diligent, showing a strong sense of responsibility.
• Demonstrate high levels of integrity and adhere to ethical work standards.
