Role Summary

The Lifeguard is tasked with delivering exemplary and reliable service to guests while ensuring the safe and efficient management of pool operations and upkeep of associated equipment.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Maintain an excellent standard of customer service at all times.
• Ensure smooth operation and constant monitoring of pool activities and safety equipment.
• Hold a valid International Lifeguard Certification at the Gold level.
• Possess at least two years of professional experience as a lifeguard, fitness instructor, or in a similar recreational position.
• Be certified in First Aid, CPR, and AED use.
• Exhibit strong swimming, rescue techniques, and water safety capabilities.
• Effectively supervise pool areas, consistently enforce safety guidelines, and respond promptly to emergencies.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills suitable for assisting hotel guests.
• Maintain physical fitness to ensure continuous surveillance of pool and recreational spaces.
