Role Overview

This contractual opportunity is tailored for licensed attorneys interested in directly influencing the development of trustworthy legal AI. Professionals will apply legal expertise to evaluate AI outputs, ensuring technical precision and sound legal judgment.

Key Responsibilities

Carefully examine and annotate legal documents that serve as training and evaluation data for AI models.
Evaluate AI-generated contract analyses for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to legal standards.
Offer structured and actionable feedback to facilitate enhancement of AI models.
Collaborate with various departments to refine evaluation methods and improve AI capabilities.

Qualifications

Must be a licensed attorney in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Proven experience in commercial, corporate, or transactional legal matters.
Strong analytical mindset coupled with excellent written communication skills.
Ability to apply legal judgment thoughtfully in uncertain or novel scenarios, elevating beyond routine review.
Curiosity about AI interpretation of legal texts; experience in legal technology is advantageous but not mandatory.
