Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This full-time leadership position focuses on designing strategic solutions, fueling business value, and spearheading digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Take charge of solution design and consulting projects from initial concept through to full implementation.
• Analyze client requirements and convert business challenges into effective technological solutions.
• Create solution architectures, develop proposals, and provide expert technical recommendations.
• Work closely with sales, engineering, and project management teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
• Lead technical presentations, conduct workshops, and demonstrate solutions to stakeholders.
• Assess emerging technologies and suggest the most suitable options that align with organizational objectives.
• Offer technical support during project execution, including guidance and quality assurance of solutions.

Candidate Requirements

• Academic degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or closely related disciplines preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in solutions or technology consulting and enterprise solution design.
• Strong grasp of solution architecture principles, business process analysis, and technology deployment.
• Skilled in preparing detailed technical proposals, client presentations, and documentation.
• Superior communication abilities, adept at managing stakeholders and resolving complex issues.
• Capable of thriving in a multicultural professional environment.
• Must possess valid UAE Employment Visa or Work Authorization; visitors on tourist or visit visas are not eligible for employment.
