Role Summary

This full-time onsite Laborer position, located in Sharjah, involves a variety of warehouse and yard operational duties. Key responsibilities include loading and unloading goods, stacking and moving materials, assisting with basic packing, sorting, and maintaining cleanliness in work areas. The Laborer is expected to follow safety protocols, operate simple tools or equipment when necessary, inspect items for damage, and assist supervisors and coworkers in order preparation for dispatch. The role demands efficiency, adherence to instructions, and contribution towards a safe, organized facility environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Capability to perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and standing for long durations.
• Basic knowledge of safe material handling methods with a commitment to adhering to safety guidelines.
• Dependability, punctuality, and effectiveness working within team settings.
• Clear communication skills both in following directions and interacting with supervisors and peers.
• Prior experience in warehouse, construction, or similar labor roles is a plus but not mandatory.
• Willingness and ability to work onsite in Sharjah and adapt to varying daily tasks.
