Role Overview
As a Kitchen Porter at Hilton, you will be integral in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring guests enjoy an exceptional hospitality experience. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain spotless serviceware by cleaning chinaware, cutlery, cooking tools, and polishing silverware.
- Manage inventory by checking and organizing kitchen supplies and equipment for seamless operations.
- Keep the kitchen environment clean by executing tasks such as mopping floors and disposing of waste efficiently.
- Support event preparations by setting up clean serviceware for banquets and other functions.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety procedures, including safe handling of hazardous materials and compliance with hygiene standards.
- Identify and promptly report any hazards or maintenance issues to supervisory staff.
- Assist in training new team members, contributing to team growth and effective performance.
