Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior IT Supporter to join our team full-time (40 hours per week) at our Münster location, starting immediately. While the position is remote, occasional on-site presence and travel to partner locations may be required.

Responsibilities

Deliver first-level IT support directly to employees and participants, addressing inquiries and issues across the IT service portfolio.
Provide onsite technical assistance at the Münster facility and, if necessary, at other locations including Osnabrück, Rheine, and Bielefeld, as well as remote support.
Analyze and document technical problems, evaluate solutions to facilitate effective troubleshooting.
Assess service requests to appropriately escalate them to second- and third-level support teams, ensuring high-quality and prompt ticket resolution.
Manage and configure hardware resources such as PCs, laptops, mobile devices, IP telephony systems, and printers/multifunction devices.
Collaborate closely with external service providers during daily operations.

Candidate Profile

Educational background: Completed vocational training as an IT specialist, IT systems salesperson, or an equivalent qualification in IT.
Technical expertise: Strong foundational IT knowledge, especially within Microsoft environments, accompanied by enthusiasm for solution-driven IT concepts.
Work style: Exhibits a service-oriented mindset with reliability, teamwork, and self-motivation.
Communication skills: Proficient in German at a minimum C1 level, capable of effective consulting, with English skills at least at B1 level.
Mobility: Possession of a driving license and access to a personal vehicle is advantageous to facilitate flexible travel between Münster, Osnabrück, Rheine, and Bielefeld locations.
