Junior Graphic Designer

Overview

Della Resorts and Adventure is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join their team at Mawal, Maharashtra, India. The role involves collaborating with various internal teams to understand project goals and translating them into impactful visual designs aligned with the company's brand and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify project objectives, creative briefs, and design requirements.
• Produce visually appealing creatives for social media, digital campaigns, website banners, email marketing, and branding initiatives.
• Develop innovative design concepts adhering to brand guidelines and marketing goals.
• Create a range of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, standees, POSM, presentations, advertisements, and promotional content.
• Support website design updates, including UI components and digital assets, ensuring responsive and user-centric designs.
• Perform research to gather references, industry trends, and creative inspiration for fresh design ideas.
• Present design drafts and final artworks to stakeholders, integrating feedback efficiently.
• Liaise with external partners like printers, photographers, illustrators, agencies to ensure quality outputs.
• Handle multiple design assignments simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and quality standards.
• Keep abreast of contemporary graphic design trends, emerging software, AI-driven design tools, and best industry practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related discipline.
• Have between 1 to 3 years of experience in Graphic Design; strong portfolios from fresh candidates may also be considered.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is advantageous.
• Understand fundamentals of UI/UX design, responsive website design, and accessibility standards.
• Strong grasp of branding concepts, typography, color theory, layouts, and design principles.
• Creative with excellent attention to detail and well-developed aesthetic judgement.
• Effective communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
• Capacity to perform well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage several projects within tight deadlines.
• Additional skills in Figma, Canva, AI-powered design tools, or motion graphics are a plus.

Reporting and Travel

This position reports directly to the Group Director. There is no travel requirement associated with this role.
