Junior Graphic Designer

Your Creative is seeking a passionate Junior Graphic Designer eager to develop foundational design skills while actively contributing to impactful, creative projects from the outset. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the design team with projects encompassing branding, print, digital, and marketing campaigns.
• Prepare polished final artwork and design assets maintaining high-quality standards.
• Support the creation of brand materials, presentations, reports, and social media content.
• Accurately apply existing branding guidelines while contributing to their evolution when appropriate.
• Work collaboratively with other designers and strategists to deliver outstanding creative work.
• Coordinate with the Client Services team to ensure project deliverables align with requirements.
• Consistently refine your outputs based on feedback and iterative development.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a qualification in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field.
• Possesses a portfolio showcasing strong typography, layout design, and visual communication fundamentals.
• Demonstrates a thoughtful approach to problem-solving with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications and Figma.
• Has effective communication skills and embraces teamwork.
• Accepts feedback constructively and integrates it into work thoughtfully.
• Maintains strong organizational practices and file management.
• Shows initiative by asking questions and seeking understanding.
• Experience in motion design, illustration, photography, or digital design is advantageous but not mandatory.

Ideal Attributes

• At least one year of experience in a studio or agency environment.
• Confident with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and working knowledge of Figma.
• Solid understanding of graphic design principles including typesetting, layout, information design, and color theory.
• Motivated to learn from peers and enhance design knowledge continuously.
• Meticulous, with an ability to spot and correct basic errors such as grammar, spelling, and formatting.
• Capable of constructive self-criticism and iterative improvement.
• Able to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
