Junior Engineering Trainee

Position Overview

We seek motivated and technically inclined Junior Engineering Trainees to join our engineering and manufacturing department in Coimbatore. This opportunity is tailored for fresh engineering graduates aiming to gain hands-on industry experience and enhance their technical competencies.

Key Duties

• Assist senior engineers in daily engineering and production tasks.
• Support activities related to manufacturing processes.
• Comprehend engineering drawings, specifications, and operational instructions.
• Monitor manufacturing workflows and contribute to meeting production goals.
• Assist in quality inspections ensuring compliance with specified standards.
• Help identify and troubleshoot basic issues in production and processes.
• Maintain documentation including production records and reports.
• Adhere to safety protocols and organizational guidelines.
• Collaborate with departments such as Production, Quality, and Maintenance.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives for better processes.
• Learn operation of machines, tools, and engineering systems under supervision.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Mechanical, Automobile, Production, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

Candidate Profile

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience ranging from fresh to 2 years is preferred.
