Junior Data Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst who is meticulous and proficient in supporting organizational data-driven decision-making. The candidate will have practical experience in analyzing datasets, generating actionable insights, and building Power BI dashboards along with DAX reports that enable stakeholders to monitor business metrics effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, cleanse, verify, and analyze information from diverse data sources.
• Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Develop and refine DAX formulas, calculated fields, and key performance indicators.
• Derive insights and offer recommendations based on business trends and data analysis.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify reporting requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
• Maintain data integrity, consistency, and high-quality reporting standards.

Required Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a similar field.
• Proven hands-on experience in Power BI report generation and DAX scripting.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and fundamental data analysis methods.
• Competency in SQL for data retrieval and manipulation tasks.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
• Capability to work autonomously in a remote working setup.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in best practices for data visualization.
• Understanding of ETL workflows and data modeling concepts.
• Exposure to cloud-based analytics tools is advantageous.
