Position Overview
As a Junior Clinical Research Associate (CRA I) at ICON, you will play a vital role in supporting clinical trial operations by delivering high-quality monitoring of clinical programs. Your efforts will contribute to the adherence to protocols and regulatory standards, ensuring patient safety and trial integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage and coordinate all activities related to setting up and monitoring clinical studies, including maintaining study documentation and generating accurate status reports.
- Efficiently address sponsor-generated queries and take accountability for the financial efficiency of studies.
- Collaborate in preparing and reviewing study documentation and feasibility assessments for new clinical proposals.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders, clinical investigators, and site personnel.
- Ensure compliance with ICON’s procedures, clinical protocols, and regulatory requirements to safeguard patient safety.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- A university degree in medicine, science, or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines with the capability to review and interpret medical data accurately.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to handle queries promptly and effectively.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively, approximately 60% of the time.
