Junior Accountant

Job Overview

En-Cler Biomedical Waste Private Limited seeks a meticulous Junior Accountant to handle routine accounting activities and ensure precise financial records management. The role demands foundational accounting knowledge, strong organizational capabilities, and competence in MS Excel.

Key Duties

• Record daily financial transactions accurately.
• Generate invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Maintain comprehensive accounting files and records.
• Assist in performing bank reconciliation processes.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
• Support both month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Prepare straightforward financial reports for management review.
• Maintain adherence to company financial policies and accepted accounting standards.
• Provide assistance with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance matters when necessary.
• Undertake additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance; B.Com is preferred.
• Have 1 to 2 years of practical experience in accounting roles.
• Hold basic understanding of fundamental accounting principles.
• Demonstrate proficiency using MS Excel and accounting software such as MCS.
• Exhibit effective communication and strong organizational skills.
• Pay careful attention to accuracy and detail.

Additional Skills and Attributes

• Basic knowledge of GST and TDS regulations is advantageous.
