About the Role and Our Finance Team

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various stakeholders across the business to map out the IT risk landscape and develop a comprehensive, risk-based IT audit plan.
- Lead the evolution of the IT audit framework, embedding best practices and consistency throughout the organization.
- Conduct a broad spectrum of IT audit and risk engagements, partnering with internal audit teams and external providers, incorporating data analytics into audit processes.
- Design and implement IT audit programs to evaluate critical business, operational, and regulatory risks.
- Provide expert advice on IT risk to support projects, system rollouts, and organizational changes.
- Lead IT-related investigations and post-incident reviews, working with cross-functional teams to enhance controls and risk management practices.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of 3 years experience in IT audit, IT assurance, IT risk, or IT security.
- A relevant third-level qualification; certifications like CISA, CISM, CISSP, ITIL or accountancy qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and organizational skills, capable of prioritizing and multitasking effectively to meet deadlines.
- Advanced analytical skills including the ability to analyze large datasets while maintaining a high-level risk perspective.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, adept at presenting complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Collaborative and professional demeanor with the ability to build relationships, influence outcomes, coach colleagues, and handle sensitive matters with integrity.
- Sound judgment, commercial insight, and a value-driven approach, demonstrating high ethical standards, diplomacy, and accountability.
Additional Information
This role offers a hybrid working model with the flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week.
