Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage enterprise systems including Intune, Jamf, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Google Workspace to ensure smooth school operations.
• Lead ICT projects aimed at automating processes and minimizing manual interventions.
• Serve as an escalation point for resolving complex technical issues.
• Maintain detailed and current documentation on processes, systems, and knowledge bases.
• Provide cross-training to team members to foster resilience within the ISS team.
• Assess and implement new IT equipment and technologies.
• Deliver prompt, high-quality customer support to staff, students, and parents.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least five years of practical experience in ICT infrastructure or systems support.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Intune, Jamf, and Google Workspace platforms.
• Proficiency with both Apple and Windows hardware and operating systems.
• Familiarity with enterprise LAN/WLAN networks, mobile device management (MDM), firewalls, and backup solutions.
• Relevant IT certifications or actively pursuing them.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, calmness under pressure, and a thorough approach to documentation and processes.
