Internship Training Opportunity

Job Purpose

This position is designed to give the selected trainee practical exposure within the assigned department while contributing to everyday operations and building skills that support academic and career goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for routine administrative and operational work.
• Assist with departmental projects and current initiatives.
• Carry out research, gather relevant data, and help with analysis when needed.
• Draft reports, presentations, and other supporting documents.
• Join meetings, training sessions, and workshops as required.
• Work with colleagues to help the department meet its targets.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and professional standards at all times.
• Complete learning goals and development activities assigned during the training.
• Take on additional duties assigned by the supervisor, provided they remain within the scope of the training program.

Qualifications

The role is open to two trainee tracks:

• Co-op Trainee: Students currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program who are eligible for a mandatory cooperative training placement.
• Tamheer Trainee: Bachelor's degree holders who meet HRDF eligibility requirements for the Tamheer Program.
