International Inbound Voice Associate

Role Overview

This position focuses on managing international inbound calls by delivering excellent customer service and resolving billing-related inquiries effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve customer billing issues using problem-solving techniques, providing clear and precise information.
• Handle international inbound customer calls with a customer-first approach.
• Actively listen to customers' needs and respond accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to address complex problems.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 12 months experience in international inbound voice support.
• Educational qualification of 10+2 (undergraduate) is required.
• Good understanding of billing concepts such as recurring bills, billing cycle changes, due dates, proration, auto-pay, surcharges, service charges, and taxes.
• Proven experience in resolving customer billing issues.
• Strong communication skills with clear articulation of thoughts.
• Capability to manage challenging customer situations.
• Ability to multitask and make independent, quick decisions.
• Flexibility to work in a 24/7 operational environment including rotational shifts, with a 5-day work week.
• Customer-oriented mindset with logical thinking, spontaneity, and ownership over customer cases.
• Commitment to providing timely and professional responses to all inquiries.

Additional Information

• Work schedule includes rotational shifts operating 24 hours a day, five days a week.
• Both-side cab transportation facility is provided within the hiring zone, with a 500 INR monthly deduction.
• Walk-in interviews are available for immediate joining candidates.
