Interior Site Supervisor

Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and imaginative Interior Designer/Architect to join our team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and overseeing interior design projects from inception through completion, collaborating closely with clients, contractors, vendors, and site personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed 2D and 3D designs, layouts, and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Develop comprehensive working and execution drawings ensuring adherence to quality and project standards.
• Conduct site visits and measurements, supervise construction activities, and monitor work quality.
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, and labor teams to ensure timely project progress.
• Maintain thorough project documentation and generate daily progress reports.
• Interpret client requirements into innovative design solutions and present proposals during client meetings.
• Collaborate with suppliers for material selection and procurement.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities and conduct material comparisons while managing vendor and material records.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in interior design or architecture.
• Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles.
• Skilled in site execution, project coordination, and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of English and MS Office.
• Strong leadership capabilities and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Willingness to travel locally and beyond Ahmedabad for site visits and client interactions.

Employment Terms and Additional Information

• An initial probation period of 3 months applies, during which full salary and benefits are provided.
• A 45-day notice period is mandatory upon resignation after probation completion.
• Employees must furnish a refundable security deposit equivalent to one month’s salary as per company policy.
• Strict confidentiality must be maintained concerning company, client, vendor, and project information.
• On departure, employees are prohibited from soliciting or contacting company clients or partners without prior written consent.
• Travel expenses for official duties will be covered or reimbursed under company policy.
