Job Overview and Responsibilities

As an Insurance Sales Manager, you will lead the recruitment, training, and development of Insurance Consultants (ICs) within the Agency Channel. Your role involves driving life insurance sales by deploying effective business growth strategies and fostering a motivated sales team.

You will generate potential business leads through various means including networking, referrals, and interaction with customers. A vital part of your responsibilities is to mentor advisors in areas such as product expertise, sales techniques, and adherence to compliance standards. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to boost retention and policy renewals is critical. Regular monitoring of your team's performance to ensure monthly business goals are met is required.

Direct Channel Sales Approach

In the Direct Channel, the company will supply 100% leads for your outreach. Your key tasks include directly contacting these leads to discuss and sell life insurance policies. Field visits to meet clients are also part of the job duties.

Additional Requirements and Terms

This is a field-based role demanding ownership of personal transportation, ideally with a valid driving license, to facilitate commuting and client visits. Excellent communication skills are essential to succeed in this position.
