Infrastructure and Cloud DevOps Director

Job Purpose

Lead the enterprise strategy for Infrastructure and Cloud DevOps to deliver secure, resilient, and scalable IT operations that support the organization's digital and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and direct a strategic plan for IT infrastructure and operational activities, ensuring synergy with MCN, BCN applications, and client systems.
• Drive the alignment of infrastructure and operational planning with overarching business objectives, network operations, and technology roadmaps.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, and guiding principles to promote consistency and scalability across IT infrastructure and operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with business units and shared services for the efficient execution of IT initiatives and projects.
• Design and implement operational models, define roles and accountability to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
• Manage relationships with external technology partners, vendors, and consultants, ensuring compliance with contractual standards and expected service levels.
• Create and enforce governance mechanisms, policies, and procedural controls to maintain compliant and efficient IT service delivery.
• Promote continuous improvement in IT operations aligned with broader business and network strategies.
• Lead enterprise-wide programs to raise awareness and enhance capabilities regarding IT processes, tools, and operational best practices.
• Develop and lead the cloud operations strategy to align with digital transformation efforts and business priorities.
• Implement cloud governance frameworks to standardize deployment, management, and integration within enterprise and network settings.
• Oversee cloud service provider relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness, high performance, and contract compliance.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or related disciplines.

Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the field or equivalent expertise.
