Role Overview

The Implementation Manager role is a Melbourne-based, full-time hybrid position involving both onsite and remote work flexibility. The primary responsibility is overseeing the complete deployment cycle of vEngageai's AI solutions for healthcare clients. This includes managing project scopes, gathering requirements, coordinating configuration and testing, and leading the go-live process. The role demands close collaboration with clients, product teams, and technology staff to ensure seamless implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery workshops to understand client needs and operational workflows.
• Document workflows and define use cases tailored to healthcare settings.
• Configure conversational AI applications to align with client requirements.
• Monitor system performance throughout rollout and address any issues promptly.
• Train client teams on product usage and support adoption post-implementation.
• Identify opportunities to optimize system utilization and suggest improvements.
• Provide feedback on product enhancements and refine implementation practices.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experienced in managing software or SaaS project implementations including timeline and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in engaging diverse stakeholders such as clinical, operational, and technical teams through requirements gathering and workshops.
• Technical understanding of conversational AI, workflow configurations, system integrations, plus basic data analysis for monitoring performance.
• Background in healthcare operations, patient engagement, or digital health technologies with knowledge of clinical processes.
• Ability to function efficiently in a hybrid work setting, independently prioritizing tasks and collaborating with distributed teams.
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in fields like Health Administration, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiar with implementation frameworks, change management approaches, and user training including the creation of documentation and training materials.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational aptitude, and time-management skills with emphasis on accuracy and achieving client outcomes.
