About Tech Pipeline and Role Overview

Tech Pipeline specializes in resolving inefficiencies within business operations by addressing core process issues. Currently engaged with an Abu Dhabi-based investment firm, the company is expanding its reach by optimizing systems for reporting and trade routing. We are seeking an Implementation Coordinator to ensure the precise establishment and transparent handover of these enhanced systems to our client.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily system logs to detect failures in data synchronization between investment platforms and accounting software.
• Revise standard operating procedures to incorporate newly implemented routing rules and integration methods.
• Conduct manual reconciliations during the initial month of system deployment to validate automation accuracy.
• Test integration triggers in staging environments to confirm readiness for various scenarios before deployment.
• Document detailed configurations of all implemented tools to empower client teams for independent management.
• Collaborate with client operations to identify ongoing pain points in daily processes.
• Manage the lifecycle of technical tickets ensuring timely verification and resolution of fixes.
• Prioritize the project backlog focusing on critical operational deficiencies.

Candidate Requirements

• Clear, concise communication skills for explaining technical issues without jargon or unnecessary detail.
• Exceptional attention to detail, capable of identifying subtle discrepancies such as decimal errors in complex datasets.
• Basic understanding of data transfer between web applications, including familiarity with CSV exports and simple database structures.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets for organizing and calculating data.
• Ability to meticulously follow detailed instructions while noting inefficiencies.
• Strong organizational capability and self-management in a remote work setting.
• Curiouc about operational systems with a motivation to understand the technical aspects of investment processes.

Preferred Background

• Administrative or operational experience involving management of digital records.
• Some exposure to financial principles or investment concepts via education or internships.
• Experience with project management software such as Jira, Trello, or Notion.
• Skill in crafting instructional documentation for end users.
