Role & Responsibilities

• Manage activation, deactivation, re-activation, and revocation of access cards within a stipulated turnaround time.
• Conduct routine and on-demand monitoring of CCTV cameras.
• Maintain transaction logs daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly as per client specifications.
• Configure temporary access cards while preserving related email documentation for audit compliance.
• Coordinate and ensure closure of internal and external audit findings, implementing effective corrective and preventive measures.
• Support service monitoring and supplier management to uphold department standards.
• Ensure proper functioning of all security command/control systems and CCTV cameras.
• React promptly to system alarms and communicate faults to the maintenance team.
• Assist facility teams during system testing and routine audits.

Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in computer operations with strong attention to detail.
• One to three years of practical experience working with Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS), Building Management Systems (BMS), or similar computer operating platforms.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold a graduate degree.
