Responsibilities

• Oversee the comprehensive recruitment cycle starting from identifying candidates to completing their onboarding process.
• Develop and nurture effective collaborations with both internal teams and external partners throughout hiring stages.
• Lead negotiations related to salary offers and work to finalize agreements with prospective employees.
