Overview
Our client is a prominent Japanese company specializing in mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineering, with extensive experience in providing integrated building services and engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment operations including sourcing candidates, onboarding new hires, and managing offboarding processes.
- Manage Work Permit Online (WPOL) procedures, ensuring timely monthly renewals and compliance specifically for construction site workers.
- Organize and supervise staff dormitory accommodations and any associated logistics.
- Maintain comprehensive HR documentation, ensuring accuracy of employee records.
- Carry out additional HR and administrative tasks as required.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of one year experience in HR within a construction or contractor setting.
- Good understanding of WPOL systems regarding work pass administration.
- Competent in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
