About the Role

Gró Consulting provides outsourced and advisory HR support to small and mid-sized businesses, helping management cover core people operations without needing a full-time in-house HR hire. This position begins as a part-time, hourly W-2 role and can grow into a full-time position after 90 days of employment.

The team is looking for an HR Consultant who can support a range of client-facing human resources needs. The role spans the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, compensation, performance support, policy work, and employee relations. Responsibilities

  • Support administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Help run recruiting and talent acquisition activities.

  • Respond to employee questions related to pay, leave, and other HR matters, and help resolve issues as they arise.
  • Champion HR initiatives that contribute to a productive and low-conflict workplace.
  • Assist with creating and rolling out HR policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to performance management activities.
  • Collect and interpret HR data such as time-to-hire and turnover metrics.
  • Plan and manage quarterly and annual performance review cycles.
