Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team at Blackbuck in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with recruitment teams and hiring managers to identify job requirements, sourcing qualified candidates, and managing the recruitment process end-to-end.

Primary Responsibilities

• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand and define job specifications for vacancies.
• Initiate communication with potential candidates by sending job offers and recruitment-related emails.
• Explore portfolio websites and resume databases to identify suitable candidates.
• Research and implement new sourcing methods and tools to enhance candidate acquisition.
• Track and evaluate metrics such as time-to-fill and source-of-hire for all vacancies.
• Perform benchmark studies on compensation and benefits packages across different roles and hierarchy levels.
• Utilize Boolean search techniques to effectively identify high-potential candidates for critical positions.
• Maintain engagement with previous candidates to build a talent pipeline.
• Organize and participate in career events and job fairs to attract prospective applicants.
• Manage candidate information efficiently through applicant tracking systems and organized databases.
• Seek referrals from industry contacts, current employees, and professional acquaintances.
• Promote job openings across various platforms and external networks to maximize outreach.

Salary Details

The salary range for this role is INR 17,000 to INR 22,000 per month.
