Job Overview
We are expanding our Corporate team in Warren, NJ, seeking a detail-conscious and proactive HR Operations Specialist. This role involves supporting employees and refining HR workflows in a dynamic, multi-company environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries and requests related to HR.
- Manage the onboarding steps post-offer acceptance, coordinating necessary documentation and collaboration with Operations and IT for setup.
- Oversee the accuracy and management of HR systems including Dayforce, WorkTango, and additional HR platforms.
- Assist in maintaining compliance and aid audit procedures.
- Prepare workforce metrics such as turnover rates, compensation stats, benefits data, and related reports.
- Work closely with the Director of HR Operations and supervisors to ensure timely approval of timesheets.
- Collaborate with HR Operations leadership to ensure smooth payroll processing, reporting, and reconciliation alongside finance teams.
- Support administration of compensation, benefits enrollments and changes, employee education, and necessary reporting.
- Act as the initial resource for employee benefit-related inquiries.
- Maintain records related to leave management, communicating with managers about leave dates and accommodations.
- Lead the Employee Wellness program by designing an annual calendar to promote engagement and education.
- Identify and implement improvements to HR operational workflows for enhanced efficiency and service quality.
- Contribute to special projects as assigned by the HR team.
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply; prior HR experience is not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Excellent skills in interpersonal relations, negotiation, and resolving conflicts.
- High attention to detail combined with effective organizational skills.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines consistently.
- Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software.
- Capability to quickly learn and master the company's HR information systems.
Physical Requirements
- Extended periods spent seated at a desk working with a computer.
- Occasional light to moderate lifting may be necessary.

Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage ranging between 26 and 29 USD depending on experience.
