Role Overview

The HR Operations Specialist plays a key role in supporting the entire employee lifecycle through maintaining accurate HR data, enhancing pivotal processes, and proactively resolving employee and system needs through initiative and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist People Operations initiatives, including onboarding, internal mobility, payroll, performance management, benefits open enrollment, and offboarding processes.
• Manage and optimize HR Information Systems (HRIS) to guarantee data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee HR case queues and dashboards to ensure prompt resolution in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Provide training and troubleshooting support for HR systems to HR staff and employees.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies or missing information upon request.
• Collect, monitor, and prepare data for essential HR and operations reports such as headcount, time blocks, turnover, and employee details, ensuring timely distribution.
• Configure Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) for efficient data transfers, troubleshoot related technical issues, and execute EIB loads following approved configurations.
• Manage EIB load volumes via ServiceNow ticketing system to secure timely issue resolution.
• Participate in projects aimed at enhancing employee experience and support testing activities as required.

Candidate Profile

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms, particularly Workday, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills paired with effective time management.
• Sound knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic, collaborative work environment.
• Customer service focused with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
• Capable of maintaining and updating employee records across HR systems and databases.
• Support for HR projects, ongoing initiatives, and process enhancements.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in a human resources setting, with preferred expertise in Human Capital Management systems such as Workday.
• Demonstrated process-oriented mindset with successful project management experiences in HR, underpinned by measurable outcomes.
• Advanced analytical skills with ability to interpret data to guide decisions and improve processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate and optimize procedures, embracing innovative solutions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability to handle multiple responsibilities concurrently.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is $56,100 to $100,300, dependent on location, relevant skills, knowledge, and experience. Supplementary pay may include commissions or bonuses in alignment with role specifics. Benefits include comprehensive health and wellness programs, paid leave, and holiday pay.
